Southern Cross Pet Insurance World Vet Congress competition terms and conditions

Promotion terms and conditions:

1. The Southern Cross Pet Insurance (“SCPI”) World Vet Congress competition (“Competition”) is open to all veterinary practices and other organisations employing registered veterinarians that provide veterinarian services to the general public (“Vet Clinic(s)”) who submit a completed entry form at www.southerncrosspet.co.nz/vet-competitions by 15 February 2020 (“Eligible Entry/ies”). No purchase or fee is required to be eligible for the Competition.
   
2. The prize package includes:
   • 2 x tickets to the World Vet Congress 2020 to be held in Auckland (“Congress”)
   • 2 x tickets to the Congress dinner
   • Accommodation for 2 people for the duration of the Congress (up to a maximum of 3 nights). (“Prize”)
3. In addition to the Prize, SCPI will pay for reasonable travel expenses for Prize winners located outside of Auckland to attend the Congress, up to a maximum value of $1,000 (including GST) on production of full GST receipts that are to the satisfaction of SCPI,
   
4. With regards to the accommodation portion of the Prize, SCPI will book accommodation for the Prize winners of a reasonable standard as determined by SCPI. Food, beverage and any other additional expenses are not included and will be at the Prize winner’s own cost.
   
5. The Prize draw will be held on 27 February 2020, with the winning Vet Clinic being randomly drawn from Eligible Entries. The winning Vet Clinic will be notified by telephone using the details identified as the organisation’s main phone number. If contact cannot be made in the initial attempt, up to three further attempts to notify will be made by telephone over a period of no more than one week. If contact cannot be established with the Prize winner within one week, the initial Prize winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be randomly redrawn and awarded at SCPI’s discretion. SCPI is not liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person in connection with the Competition.
   
6. By entering the promotion, Vet Clinics agree that SCPI may request to take photos or have suitable photos supplied by the winning Vet Clinic and to use their photos and names for promotional purposes.
   
7. Entry in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   
8. SCPI will administer the Prize.
   
9. SCPI’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
10. The Prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
